For all companies, it is free to sign up and create your own personalised dashboard. Your dashboard enables you to create a company profile, view your job posts and applicants as well as access historic activity and billing.

To post a role, regardless of seniority or job type (freelance or permanent), there is a fixed platform fee of £295 to cover the screening process and preliminary capability assessment by industry experts. This can be purchased online or invoiced on request.

View and track connections via your personalised dashboard so that you can shortlist candidates in real time. The interview process and contracts are all managed directly, cutting out the middleman. For successful hires, there is a fixed fee based on salary or length of project for freelance work.
