Yes! Kate and Laura have a combined media experience of 50 years, so they know what good looks like. Liberty Hive prides itself on making time for every member. Following a one-to-one meeting (zoom these days), all candidates are required to provide two references before becoming an active part of our community.

We cover everything from freelance to permanent across 67 different specialist areas in media, marketing and martech.
How does it work?
Liberty Hive is ‘new era’ SaaS recruitment platform. Once you have set up your profile and posted a role, the matching technology notifies the best candidates for your role based on a number of criteria including specialist skills and category experience. Candidates then apply for the role. As a real time platform, two thirds of our connections are made within 5 days and 8 hours is our personal best so far!
Why not just use platforms like LinkedIn?
Our platform saves you the time and effort of reading hundreds of CVs so you get vetted, matched candidates for the role. Think quality, not quantity! We make the connections so that you can view and shortlist candidates in real time. The interview process and contracts are all manged directly, cutting out the middle man.
Why do you charge to post?
There is a fixed platform fee of £295 to post a job. This covers the screening process and preliminary capability assessment by industry experts. This can be purchased online or invoiced on request.
Do you offer any discounts?
For regular users of the platform, there is the opportunity to purchase discounted job posts. Please get in touch with the Liberty Hive team if this is something you wish to discuss further.
How do you recruit candidates?
We have cast our net wide via digital partners, media conferences (AdWeek and Bloom), industry connections and social channels. The important thing to note is that we get to know every single one of our candidates before they join our community.
How diverse is your community?
We believe our model celebrates and attracts diversity as it promotes accessibility for every candidate from every background. The technology removes any data that could prejudice (unconsciously or not) so that only the best person for the job will be matched, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity or education. To date, we exceed the IPA industry targets with over 55% females from senior backgrounds and over 19% from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds and we will continue to grow these numbers.

Once you have set up your free company profile, you will have a personalised dashboard. Simply purchase your post and then go to post ‘New job opportunity’
How can I pay for my post?

Do my posts expire?
Once you buy full price posts, you can keep them in your account for a year.
What level are your candidates?
Our candidates are all experienced and as a general rule of thumb, most are Associate Director level and above. But, this is changing as we expand.
Who can view my job post?
Liberty Hive is a closed platform so only our community has access to the roles. The best candidates will be matched and alerted to your post but everyone will have an opportunity to view it. We also share on our social channels but you have the option to decline this
What if I need more than one login?
Your personalised dashboard enables you to invite team members, offering multiple logins with different access rights for your company.
